甘薯是我国重要的粮食与经济作物,有关它的受精方面的研究,目前国内尚未见有正式报道,为了提供甘薯受精生物学方面的资料,探讨甘薯结实率低的原因,并为育种工作提供理论依据,我们在进行可亲合的杂交组合(母本高自一号×父本88-3)授粉后,采取不同时期的应用常规材料,制片方法并结合薄切片技术(GMA)及组织化学方法,对甘薯的受精过程做了初步的观察,结果如下:甘薯的成熟胚囊由一个卵,二个助细胞(图3)和二个极核所构成,反足细胞较早退化。助细胞为狭长形,其珠孔端壁上具丝状器,细胞壁呈不规则的加厚,从珠孔端至合点端壁
Sweet potato is an important food and economic crop in China. For its research on fertilization, there is no official report yet in China.
