目的　探讨质子泵阻滞剂潘妥拉唑对健康成人 2 4h胃内 pH变化的影响。 方法　利用DigitrapperMKⅢ动态pH监测仪观察 10名健康志愿者 2 4h胃内pH变化节律 ,1周后 ,分别于晨 8时静脉滴注潘妥拉唑 80mg ,连续 2d ,并于第 2天给药后立即进行 2 4h胃内pH监测。结果　健康成人 2 4h胃内 pH平均值为 2 .2 1± 0 .86 ,pH >4总时间百分比为 (15 .75± 13 .6 0 ) % ,2 4h胃内pH变化曲线下面积为 1.90× 10 5± 0 .80× 10 5。静脉滴注潘妥拉唑后 ,2 4h胃内pH平均值、pH >4总时间百分比、2 4h胃内 pH变化曲线下面积分别升至 7.18± 1.0 6、(93.41± 8.43) %及 6 .2 0× 10 5± 0 .90× 10 5(P <0 .0 1)。结论　正常人 2 4h胃内pH变化节律证实 ,潘妥拉唑有较强的抑制胃酸分泌作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of proton pump blocker pantoprazole on changes of gastric pH in healthy adults during 24 hours. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The changes of intragastric pH were observed with DigitrapperMKⅢ dynamic pH monitor. After 1 week, ptolaprol 80 mg was intravenously dripped at 8:00 am for 2 days, Immediate 24 h gastric pH monitoring. Results In healthy adults, the average gastric pH was 2.21 ± 0.86 at 24 h, the percentage of total time of pH> 4 was (15 .75 ± 13. 60)%, and the area under the curve of gastric pH was 24 h × 10 5 ± 0 .80 × 10 5. After intravenous infusion of pratrazole, the area under the curve of gastric pH within 24 hours increased to 7.18 ± 1.06, (93.41 ± 8.43)% and 6, respectively. 2 0 × 10 5 ± 0. 90 × 10 5 (P <0.01). Conclusions The intragastric pH change rhythm of 24 h in normal subjects confirmed that pantoprazole has a strong inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion.
