多吃肉对身体不好?一些女性对广告中宣传的肉食损害健康产生误解,只注重植物性食品的保健功效,导致富含铁元素的动物性食品摄入过少。实际上,铁在食物中的存在形式有两种,一种为存在于动物性食品中的血红素铁,吸收率为20%~25%;另一种为存在于植物性食品中的非血红素铁,吸收率不到10%。因此,人体要吸收铁元素,还是以动物性食品为主。忌肉容易引起缺铁性贫血,在平日饮食中,蔬果与肉类的摄取应均衡。
