目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面平行范围重建在诊断眼外伤中的应用价值。方法对40例眼外伤患者行多层螺旋CT常规检查,层厚2mm,准直器0.75mm,并行多平面重建(MPR)及任意角度的平行范围重建(PRR),并对CT征象进行分析。结果对眼部阳性异物做出准确定位并经临床证实者14例,其中6例常规CT扫描定位有误;眼眶壁骨折者21例,其中9例常规CT扫描未发现或有部分漏诊;眼直肌损伤者16例,6例经MPR+PRR重建后明确诊断;眼球损伤者16例,其中4例常规CT扫描诊断难以明确,经重建后确诊;视神经损伤5例,其中4例常规CT扫描未发现。结论多平面平行范围重建在眼部外伤的综合诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction in the diagnosis of ocular trauma. Methods Forty cases of ocular trauma patients underwent routine multi-slice spiral CT examinations, with 2mm thickness, 0.75mm collimator, parallel multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and parallel range reconstruction (PRR) at any angle. CT signs were also analyzed. Results Fourteen cases of clinically confirmed positive foreign body were diagnosed. Among them, 6 cases were misdiagnosed by routine CT scan. There were 21 cases with orbital wall fractures, of which 9 cases were not found or some were missed by conventional CT scan. Sixteen cases of muscle injury were diagnosed by reconstruction of MPR + PRR. Sixteen cases of ocular damage were diagnosed by conventional CT scan, which was difficult to diagnose after routine reconstruction. Five cases were diagnosed as optic nerve injury. Four cases of conventional CT scan Find. Conclusion Reconstruction of multiplanar parallel scope is of great value in the comprehensive diagnosis of ocular trauma.
