高职院校教师到行业企业实践锻炼是我国教育体系的重要改革,要求教师必须做到理论联系实际,重点培养学生的生产实践技能。本文对高职院校教师存在的问题进行剖析,再从自身的实践锻炼的体会,阐述了高职院校教师到行业企业实践锻炼的重要性和必要性。
The practical training of teachers from higher vocational colleges to industrial enterprises is an important reform of our country’s education system. Teachers are required to integrate theory with practice and focus on students’ production practice skills. This article analyzes the existing problems of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then expounds the importance and necessity of practical training of teachers in higher vocational colleges to industrial enterprises.
