目的建立高效液相色谱法测定空气中3,4-苯并(a)芘的方法。方法流动相甲醇,流速1.0 ml/min,C18反相柱,室温,激发波长365 nm,发射波长405 nm,测定空气中苯并(a)芘。结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.26%~4.95%,加标回收率为98.7%~103.2%,平均解吸效率94%,改进方法与GBZ/T 160.44-2004方法的测定结果表明两种测定方法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高,可提高工作效率。应用本方法能够准确地测定空气中3,4-苯并(a)芘的水平,适用于实验室的常规检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 3,4-benzo (a) pyrene in air by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol, flow rate 1.0 ml / min, C18 reverse phase column, at room temperature, excitation wavelength 365 nm and emission wavelength 405 nm, and the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in the air. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.26% ~ 4.95%, the recoveries were 98.7% ~ 103.2% and the average desorption efficiency was 94%. The results of the improved method and GBZ / T 160.44-2004 method showed that the two methods were different No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, high sensitivity and can improve work efficiency. The method can accurately measure the level of 3,4-benzo (a) pyrene in the air and is suitable for routine laboratory testing.
