新春伊始,已成为中国纺织工业联合会工作特色之一的春季调研便迅速铺展开来。现场座谈、问卷调查、企业走访,说数据、摆情况、议难点,中纺联每次调研都搅热了行业企业,给业界带来春天里的热望。春季调研已成为中纺联每年春节后的“常规动作”。今年的调研工作更是创新求变,突出重点,细分为节能减排、棉花、科技、成本与品牌、产业转移等几大主题分组调研。其中,王天凯会长率节能减排调研组赴浙江绍兴、嵊州、桐乡等地,就行业企业节能减排整体情况深入调研。地方政府规划及政策,企业能源利用体系及废水过程控制,新标准颁布后的影响及应对措施悉数在调研之列。
From the beginning of the new year, the spring research, which has become one of the characteristics of the China Textile Industry Federation, spread rapidly. On-site seminars, surveys, business visits, said the data, put the situation, discuss difficulties, each investigation in China Textile Federation have stirred up the industry and enterprises, bringing the industry in the spring of hope. Spring Research has become China Textile Federation each year after the Spring Festival “regular action ”. This year’s research work is more innovative and change, focus, divided into energy saving, cotton, science and technology, cost and brand, industry transfer and other major themes of sub-group research. Among them, President Wang Tiankai rate of energy-saving emission reduction research group went to Shaoxing, Shengzhou, Tongxiang, Zhejiang and other places on the overall situation of enterprises in-depth investigation of energy-saving emission reduction. Local government planning and policies, enterprise energy utilization system and wastewater process control, the impact of the new standard after the promulgation and response measures are all included in the survey.
