研究了乳化剂PAG和SPAN复配比例以及某些二价金属离子对W/O型乳液稳定性的影响,同时也研究了St—DVB水乳液的悬浮聚合条件和白球的孔结构。结果表明,水相中存在微量的Mg~(2+)或Zn~(2+),并用适当比例的PAG和SPAN80配制的W/O型乳液具有较好的稳定性;St—DVB水乳液通过悬浮聚合制得的白球部份地具有类似田垄状的孔道结构。
The effects of emulsifier PAG and SPAN ratio and the stability of some W / O emulsions on the stability of some W / O emulsions were investigated. The suspension polymerization conditions and the pore structure of white spheres were also studied. The results showed that there was a small amount of Mg 2+ or Zn 2+ in the aqueous phase and the W / O emulsion with proper proportion of PAG and SPAN80 had better stability. The white balls prepared by suspension polymerization have, in part, ridge-like cell structures.
