一、中韩航线(船公司)经营状况近年来中韩经贸持续发展以及韩国对华投资的迅猛增加,使双方对海运的需求愈来愈殷切。从而为两国船公司开辟航线提供了良好契机。 1989年6月,中外运与韩国东南亚海运公司合资成立长锦船务有限公司(SINOKOR);1990年8月,山东外运公司、威海联合公司和韩国四家船公司、水产、银行各一家公司合资成立威东航运有限公司;1991年天津外运公司与韩国丰宇海运公司、香港威泰成立合资公司。
I. Operational status of China-Korea routes (shipping companies) The sustained growth of Sino-Korean economic and trade cooperation in recent years and the rapid increase in South Korean investment in China have made the demand for maritime transportation more and more urgent. This provided a good opportunity for the shipping companies of the two countries to open up routes. In June 1989, Sinotrans established a joint venture with Korea South East Asia Shipping Co., Ltd. to establish Changjin Shipping Co., Ltd. (SINOKOR); in August 1990, a joint venture between Shandong Sinotrans, Weihai United, and four South Korean shipping companies, aquaculture, and a bank Weidong Shipping Co., Ltd. was established; in 1991, Tianjin Sinotrans Company established a joint venture with South Korea’s Fengyu Shipping Co., Ltd. and Weitai, Hong Kong.
