针对新疆某矿床矿石碳酸钙含量高的特点,开展了地浸采铀工艺试验,试验表明:中性浸出工艺是一种温和的浸出工艺,浸出的选择性好,浸出过程中对地下水化学成分影响较小,并且CO2可以调节溶浸液的pH值,避免地下水中钙镁等离子的化学沉淀,防止矿层堵塞。试验过程中,浸出液铀浓度随着HCO3-浓度的上升而增涨,浸出液铀浓度达到峰值并持续稳定在60mg/L左右,表明CO2+O2中性浸出工艺的应用取得较好的效果,浸采成本低,是适合该矿床开采经济合理的浸出工艺。
According to the characteristics of high content of calcium carbonate in a ore deposit in Xinjiang, the in-situ leaching of uranium was carried out. The experiment shows that the neutral leaching process is a mild leaching process with good leaching selectivity and the influence on the chemical composition of groundwater during the leaching process Smaller, and CO2 can adjust the pH value of the leaching solution, to avoid the chemical precipitation of calcium and magnesium plasma in groundwater to prevent the blockage of the ore layer. During the test, uranium concentration of leachate increased with the increase of HCO3- concentration, and the uranium concentration of leachate peaked and remained stable at around 60mg / L, indicating that the application of CO2 + O2 neutral leaching technology achieved good results.
