本文通过对几个微克级以下的样品采用不同的采样方法,运用FTIR中的漫反射附件进行测试得到了清晰的红外光谱图。表明了FTIR漫反射技术可作为一种不制样超微量分析的方法。 In this paper, a few microgram-level samples using different sampling methods, the use of diffuse reflectance FTIR accessories were tested to obtain a clear infrared spectrum. It is indicated that FTIR technique can be used as a method of non-sample preparation and micro-analysis.
