2002年从中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所引进黄金梨在福建省德化县试栽。结果表明,黄金梨综合性状优良,果实扁圆形,平均单果重250.6 g,肉质细嫩、松脆,风味甜,可溶性固形物含量12.56%,可食率90.12%,具有丰产优质、果实美观等优点,成熟期7月下旬至8月上旬,可作为延长本地梨市场供应期的调节品种,是适合南方早熟梨产区发展的优良品种。
In 2002 from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute introduced the Golden Pear Dehua in Fujian Province try planting. The results showed that the golden pear had excellent comprehensive characters and flat round fruit with an average weight of 250.6 g. The meat quality was tender, crisp and sweet with soluble solids content of 12.56% and edible rate of 90.12%. It had the advantages of high yield and good quality, , Maturity from late July to early August, can be used as an extension of the local pear market regulation of varieties, is suitable for the development of early maturing pears in southern fine varieties.
