针对重庆市涪陵区东西干道一期沙溪沟大桥预制T梁出现的裂纹情况,通过材料试验进行了不同配比下灌浆材料的自由膨胀率的测定,找出了水泥浆的膨胀规律,并运用有限元软件进行了灌浆材料膨胀对孔道周围混凝土作用的模拟分析。计算结果表明:灌浆材料膨胀产生的自应力对周围混凝土的作用超过了混凝土的极限拉应力,引起梁体胀裂,是导致预制T梁开裂的主要原因,最后由理论计算得出灌浆材料的合理配比和膨胀率。
In view of the cracks occurring in the prefabricated T girder of Shaxigou Bridge in the first phase of East-West trunk road in Fuling District of Chongqing Municipality, the free expansion rate of grouting material under different mixing ratio was tested by material test, and the expansion law of grouting slurry was found. Finite element software was used to simulate the effect of grouting material expansion on the concrete around the tunnel. The calculation results show that the self-stress caused by the expansion of grouting material affects the surrounding concrete more than the ultimate tensile stress of concrete, causing the bulge to burst.
