一、加强对搞好调查研究重要性的认识调查研究,是毛泽东同志给我们留下的宝贵遗产,是我们党的优良传统和优良作风。早在一九三○年,毛泽东同志就指出,没有调查就没有发言权。强调搞好调查研究,是一切工作的第一步。并且亲自调查、研究、实践。写出了许多重要著作。一九四一年八月一日,中共中央作出《关于调查研究的决定》,并把它作为延安整风文件之一,组织全党干部学习。
I.
