本文以湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州鹤峰县为例,抽选了该县的3所农村初级中学,对其中的学生、美术教师、行政人员共计约320人进行了问卷调查和半结构化访谈,对我国西部民族地区农村初中美术教学现状与对策进行研究,结果表明我国西部民族地区农村初中美术教学有如下现状:1)美术教师数量奇缺;2)学校领导重视程度不一;3)学生求学欲望强烈。基于上述研究结果,笔者提出如下建议:1)加大西部民族地区农村初中美术教师培养力度。2)学术界应继续加强对西部民族地区农村初中美术教学的研究,以弥补这方面的不足。
Taking Hefeng County in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province as an example, this paper selected three rural junior middle schools in the county, conducted a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview with a total of about 320 students, art teachers and administrators , The status quo and countermeasures of junior high school art teaching in western ethnic minority areas in China were studied. The results show that the teaching of art in rural junior middle schools in the western minority areas of our country is as follows: 1) the number of fine arts teachers is scarce; 2) the school leaders attach different importance; 3) Strong desire to study. Based on the above research results, the author puts forward the following suggestions: 1) Increase the cultivating of fine arts teachers in rural junior middle schools in western minority areas. 2) Academia should continue to strengthen the study of art teaching in rural junior middle schools in the western minority areas to make up for the deficiencies in this regard.
