本文用TA2纯系小鼠研究了高温疗法,X线放疗及二者联合应用对该小鼠可移植性乳腺癌的作用。实验结果表明,单独高温或X线放射平均存活期为39.3天和40天,皆显著高于对照组(23.5天)。其肿瘤生长抑制率分别为44%和62.1%,高温和X线联合组平均存活89.2天,抑制率为97.8%。说明高温、X线能有效地抑制TA2小鼠乳腺癌的生长,且二者联合应用其抗肿瘤作用明显增强。
In this study, we investigated the effects of hyperthermia, X-rays, and their combined use on transplantable breast cancer in mice. The experimental results showed that the average survival time of high temperature or X-ray radiation alone was 39.3 days and 40 days, both significantly higher than the control group (23.5 days). The tumor growth inhibition rates were 44% and 62.1%, respectively, and the high temperature and X-ray combined group survived 89.2 days on average with an inhibition rate of 97.8%. It shows that the high temperature and X-ray can effectively inhibit the growth of breast cancer in TA2 mice, and the combination of the two can significantly increase the anti-tumor effect.
