在世界眼中,全球金融危机之后的“中国奇迹”仍在延续,继2010年成为世界第二大经济体后,又创造了更好的成绩。中国国家领导人对此有更冷静的思考:国际竞争日益激烈,中国经济要突围必须转型升级,而其中最关键的因素是人才。作为与经济最为密切的职业教育,理所当然地被提上了加速发展的日程。2014年盛夏,国务院在时隔9年后再次召开全国职业教育工作会议,拉开了“中国职教升级版”大幕。
In the eyes of the world, the “Chinese miracle” after the global financial crisis is still continuing. After becoming the world’s second largest economy in 2010, it has also created even better achievements. Chinese state leaders have quieter thinking on this: As the international competition is getting fiercer, China’s economy needs to be transformed and upgraded to break through. The most crucial factor is talent. As the most economically-oriented vocational education, it is a matter of course put on the agenda of accelerating development. In the summer of 2014, the State Council again convened the National Conference on Vocational Education after a lapse of 9 years and opened the curtain of the “Upgrading Edition of China’s Vocational Education”.
