中国人民解放军党史资料征集委员会,于1983年11月17日向各大单位党史资料征集委员会(领导小组)发出通知,要求抓紧时间抢救“活资料”,并对这一工作提出四点意见。一、充分认识抢救“活资料”的重要性和迫切性。老同志是我党我军重大活动的参加者和见证人。他们头脑中的“活资料”,对搞清党史、军史还没弄清或还没完全弄清的问题,补充和鉴别已有资料,弄清某些重要问题和重要文电形成的来龙去脉,
On November 17, 1983, the CCP Historical Data Calling Committee issued a circular to the Party's Historical Data Calling Committee (Leading Group) of the major units to urgently seize the time to rescue the “living materials” and put forward four opinions on this work.
