【研究目的】研究不同播期条件下冬油菜越冬率及其叶片中SOD活性、可溶糖含量、可溶蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量,以便分析不同播期对冬油菜越冬率及生理生化特性的影响;【方法】调查了不同播期条件下冬油菜的越冬率,并对不同播期条件下冬油菜叶片中SOD活性、可溶糖含量、可溶蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量进行了测定;【结果】播期对SOD活性、可溶糖含量、可溶蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量有一定影响。在8月16日、8月23日、8月30日、9月6日4个不同播期处理中,播期1和播期2具有较高的SOD活性、可溶糖含量、可溶蛋白含量和游离脯氨酸含量,播期3和4的SOD活性、可溶糖含量、可溶蛋白含量和游离脯氨酸含量较低,这与其越冬率变化趋势基本一致;【结论】适期早播可提高冬油菜的越冬率,而播期影响冬油菜的越冬率主要是不同播期条件下生理生化特性变化所致。
