本文研究了确定最佳轮胎轮廓的新方法,并采用合适的目标函数和约束条件把此方法用来提高轮胎各种性能。虽然以前提出了几种轮胎轮廓理论,但其中一些理论是以简单模型为基础的,不能有效地用来提高轮胎性能,而另一些理论又不是用方程式来描述的,故应用受到了限制。在这种新方法中,通过把目标函数减至最少,同时又能满足约束条件要求,采用优化技术来有效地获得最佳轮胎轮廓。业已证实,这种新方法能提高轮胎各种性能。
In this paper, we study a new method to determine the optimal tire profile, and use this method to improve the performance of the tire with suitable objective functions and constraints. Although several tire contouring theories have been previously proposed, some of them are based on simple models that can not be effectively used to improve tire performance, while others are not described by equations and therefore have limited application. In this new approach, optimization techniques are used to effectively obtain the best tire profile by minimizing the objective function while satisfying the constraints. It has been confirmed that this new method can improve tire performance.
