随着我国经济的快速发展和社会的进步,使我国的城市化进程和城镇的发展成效也日益显著,同时这些发展也对其他方面起到了重要影响,比如在林业生态建设与林政资源管理方面。我国对环境保护问题一直都很重视,尤其是在现在这种社会经济快速发展阶段,极易导致重发展轻生态的不平衡发展问题。我国是一个水土流失较为严重的国家,为了保持国家水土,必须加强对环境的保护,所以对于林业生态建设与林政资源管理的主要问题进行探析变得极其重要。 With the rapid economic development and social progress in our country, the process of urbanization and the development of cities and towns in our country have also become increasingly prominent. At the same time, these developments have also played an important part in other aspects, such as the ecological construction of forestry and the management of forestry resources. China has always attached great importance to the issue of environmental protection. Especially in the current stage of rapid social and economic development, it is very easy to lead to the imbalanced development of light and ecological re-development. China is a country with more serious soil erosion. In order to maintain the soil and water of our country, we must strengthen the protection of the environment. Therefore, it is extremely important to analyze the major problems in forestry ecological construction and forestry resources management.

提出一种NashCC-Q学习算法用于解决两交叉口信号灯协调控制问题。根据博弈论概念,相邻两交叉口之间的协调控制问题属于二人非零和合作博弈类型。在Nash-Q学习算法的基础上,将Q值函数的更新建立在Nash合作博弈中提出的Nash"公理方法"求博弈谈判解的基础上,进而解决合作博弈的问题,实现两交叉口信号灯协调控制。采用Paramics仿真软件进行仿真,结果表明该方法的有效性。
在研究公路施工招投标技术经济特点和有关法律、法规的基础上,针对目前公路工程招标投标中时常出现的严重不平衡报价,给工程建设的投资计划、工程变更等管理工作造成困难,甚
