目的了解养老机构卫生消毒现状,为做好养老机构内传染病防控工作提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对上海市、湖北省和浙江省养老机构消毒卫生现状进行了调查。结果养老机构消毒专业人员配备缺乏,消毒设施配备不全,消毒工作规范性有待提高。所调查三省区养老机构在消毒隔离制度落实、紫外线灯安装和使用以及手卫生设施配备等方面存在差异。结论需建立和完善养老机构各项卫生标准,规范消毒卫生管理,提高传染病防控能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of sanitation and disinfection in pension institutions and provide evidence for prevention and control of infectious diseases in pension institutions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status of disinfection and hygiene in pension institutions in Shanghai, Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces. Results elderly institutions lack of disinfection professionals, disinfection facilities are not equipped, disinfection norms need to be improved. The surveyed pension institutions in the three provinces and autonomous regions in the implementation of disinfection and isolation system, the installation and use of UV lamps and hand hygiene facilities and other aspects of differences. Conclusion It is necessary to establish and improve various health standards for aged care institutions, standardize disinfection and hygiene management, and improve the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
