对3种不同热轧终轧温度下得到的Ti+Nb处理的高强IF钢板组织和性能进行了试验室研究。试验结果表明,随着终轧温度的降低,γ纤维织构增强,值增加,而退火组织的平均晶粒尺寸无显著变化,塑性保持不变,屈服强度稍有降低。
A laboratory study was conducted on the microstructure and properties of Ti + Nb-treated high strength IF steel sheets obtained at three different hot rolling finishing temperatures. The experimental results show that as the finishing temperature decreases, the texture of γ fiber increases and its value increases. However, the average grain size of annealed structure has no significant change, the plasticity remains unchanged, and the yield strength decreases slightly.
