目的建立微波消解-原子荧光法快速测定高糖食品中砷、汞的方法。方法采用微波消解仪消化样品,原子荧光光谱法测定。结果砷和汞浓度分别在0.000~10.000μg/L和0.000~1.000μg/L范围时,均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.000 0和0.999 9,检测限分别为0.027和0.007 8μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为3.94%和4.28%,回收率分别为90.00%~104.00%和89.00%~95.62%。义乌特色高糖食品中砷、汞含量低,均在食用范围内。结论该法简便、快速、结果准确可靠,适用于高糖食品中砷和汞的快速测定。
Objective To establish a rapid method for determination of arsenic and mercury in high-sugar food by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Digestion samples were determined by microwave digestion and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The concentrations of arsenic and mercury in the range of 0.000-10.000μg / L and 0.000-1.000μg / L, respectively, showed a good linear relationship with the correlation coefficients of 1.000 0 and 0.999 9 with the detection limits of 0.027 and 0.007 8 μg / L, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 3.94% and 4.28%, respectively. The recoveries were 90.00% ~ 104.00% and 89.00% ~ 95.62%, respectively. Yiwu characteristics of high-sugar food arsenic, mercury content is low, are in the range of consumption. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, suitable for the rapid determination of arsenic and mercury in high-sugar foods.
