目的:观察补肾填精方对再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)模型大鼠调控因子白细胞介素-11(interleukin-11,IL-11)及红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型生理盐水组、补肾填精中药组、再障生血片组共4组各12只,对照组正常饲喂不做干预;其他3组以5-氟尿嘧啶注射液(5-FU)与马利兰合用诱发建立模型后,补肾填精中药组及再障生血片组分别给予补肾填精中药10 g·kg-1及再障生血片混悬液0.015 g·kg-1,连续4周,模型组予等量生理盐水灌胃。结果:①治疗组的白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)及血小板(PLT)较模型组均有不同程度增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中补肾填精中药组的WBC和PLT明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②治疗组IL-11含量较模型组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗组EPO含量较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾填精方能改善模型大鼠的骨髓造血功能,可改善细胞因子IL-11及EPO介导的分泌异常,促进骨髓造血功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Recipe on interleukin-11 (IL-11) and erythropoietin (EPO) in rat model of aplastic anemia (AA). Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model saline group, Bushenjingjing Chinese medicine group, Bazhongshengxue tablet group, 4 rats in each group, 12 rats in control group were fed without intervention; the other 3 rats were treated with 5- After establishing the model by 5-fluorouracil injection (5-FU) combined with maralin, the rats in Bushen Shenjing and Bazhongshengxue tablets groups were treated with 10 g · kg-1 of Bushen Shen Jing and 0.015 g · kg-1 for 4 weeks, the model group was given the same amount of saline gavage. Results: ① The WBC, Hb, RBC and PLT in the treated group were all higher than those in the untreated group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The WBC and PLT in Bushen Shenjing group were significantly increased (P <0.01). ② The content of IL-11 in the treatment group was higher than that in the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). ③ The EPO content of the treatment group was lower than that of the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Tianjing Recipe can improve the hematopoietic function of bone marrow of model rats, and can improve the abnormal secretion of IL-11 and EPO induced by bone marrow and promote the recovery of hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
