中国的茶文化源远流长、博大精深。特别是到中唐以后,茶以其品性、格调,在人们的日常生活中流光溢彩,成为饮中至尊。明朝的时候,更是异彩纷呈,变化万千。明代的茶艺同之前完全不同,主要的饮茶方式为煎煮,如杯饮法流传到现在,具有十分深远的影响。笔者对我国明朝茶艺进行了初步探究,主要从文献散论、叶茶流变、茶具革新及饮茶环境等方面进行了详细论述。我国是茶的起源地,也是全世界最早发现茶树、利用茶叶的文明古国,拥有久远的历史和灿烂的文化。
China’s tea culture has a long history, profound. Especially after the middle of Tang Dynasty, tea with its character, style, in people’s daily life Ambilight, become supreme drink. When the Ming Dynasty, it is more colorful, ever-changing. Ming Dynasty tea is completely different with the previous, the main style of tea for boiling, such as the cup of drink spread to the present, has a very far-reaching impact. The author has carried on the preliminary inquiry to the Ming Dynasty tea craft in our country, mainly discussed in detail from the literature review, the leaf tea rheology, the tea innovation and the tea drinking environment. My country is the birthplace of tea, but also the first ancient civilization in the world to discover tea trees and make use of tea. It has a long history and splendid culture.
