目的了解广西贵港市暗娼人群艾滋病相关行为变化,以及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的流行情况,为相关防控工作提供依据。方法于2010—2014年哨点监测期,在贵港市辖区内,按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》调查方法,对暗娼人群进行问卷调查并采集静脉血检测HIV、梅毒和HCV抗体。结果共调查1 980名暗娼,对艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率为90.8%,历年知晓率分别为65.8%、96.5%、96.5%、96.0%、98.0%(P<0.05);最近1次商业性行为使用安全套的暗娼总比例为83.5%,历年比例分别为72.6%、74.5%、91.0%、88.8%、90.1%(P<0.05);最近1个月内商业性行为坚持使用安全套的暗娼总比例为31.6%,历年比例分别为15.1%、13.3%、70.6%、18.8%、39.7%(P<0.05);5年HIV抗体平均检出率为1.4%,梅毒抗体检出率为9.5%,HCV抗体检出率为3.3%。结论贵港市暗娼人群对艾滋病相关知识的知晓水平较高,且有随年份增加的趋势;商业性行为使用安全套的比例都不高,但有逐年上升的趋势;梅毒检出率较高。
Objective To understand the changes of AIDS-related behaviors among the female sex workers in Guigang, Guangxi and the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV), so as to provide the basis for their prevention and control. Methods During the sentinel surveillance period in 2010-2014, in Guigang City, according to the survey method of “National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Plan”, questionnaires were collected among the female sex workers and venous blood was collected to detect HIV, syphilis and HCV antibodies. Results A total of 1 980 FSWs were surveyed. The overall awareness rate of HIV / AIDS related knowledge was 90.8%. The awareness rates over the years were 65.8%, 96.5%, 96.5%, 96.0% and 98.0%, respectively (P <0.05) The total ratio of commercial sex workers using condoms was 83.5% over the previous years, with 72.6%, 74.5%, 91.0%, 88.8% and 90.1% respectively over the previous years (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a high level of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among the female sex workers in Guigang City, with an increasing trend with age. The proportion of commercial sex workers using condoms is not high, but there is a trend of increasing year by year. The detection rate of syphilis is high.
