目的分析神经外科实习医生临床工作与学习中遇到的问题,探讨教师如何高效完成实习教学工作,学生如何高效的学习理论知识与基本实践。方法发放问卷,2016年在该科轮转的实习医师中抽取96名进行问卷调查,包括29项选择题,3项主观问题。结果多数实习医师对该科实习感到满意,普遍认为中级职称或高年资住院医师带教符合实习要求,较多的认为案例式教学有助于提高神经外科期间的实习效率,约超半数人表示仍希望从事医疗一线工作。结论神经外科实习是全方位的实习,不仅需要实习具有基本的医学知识,也需要合适带教老师进行诱导,个体化教学,提高主动性和综合素质。
Objective To analyze the problems encountered in the clinical work and study of neurosurgical trainees, and to explore how teachers can effectively practice teaching practice and how to efficiently learn theoretical knowledge and basic practice. Methods Questionnaires were released. In 2016, 96 interns were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, including 29 multiple choice questions and 3 subjective questions. Results Most of the trainees were satisfied with the internship in the department. It is generally accepted that mid-level or senior resident residency is suitable for internship. More students think that case-based teaching can improve the internship efficiency during neurosurgery. More than half said Still want to work in the medical field. Conclusion Neurosurgery practice is an all-around practice. It not only requires internship with basic medical knowledge, but also requires appropriate teaching teacher to induce, individualized teaching, improve the initiative and overall quality.
