介绍了运用于胜利油田30、40钻机的调速型偶合器减速箱的研制情况,从工作原理、结构、参数、控制等方面对其作了详细的分析。还介绍了在开发该传动箱过程中出现的问题及解决的办法。调速型偶合器传动箱电动机组与柴油机机组相比,节能效果明显。
This paper introduces the research and development of the speed reducer coupling reducer used in 30 and 40 drilling rigs of Shengli Oilfield. The working principle, structure, parameters and control are introduced in detail. Also introduced in the development of the gearbox in the process of problems and solutions. Compared with the diesel engine unit, the speed-regulating coupling gearbox motor unit has obvious energy-saving effect.
