目的探讨奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取120例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均给予补充血流量、抗感染、抗休克等基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑进行治疗,对照组单纯加用奥美拉唑进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗72 h后,观察组患者总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的81.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血临床疗效明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 120 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given basic blood flow, anti-infective, anti-shock and other basic treatment, the observation group on this basis plus octreotide plus omeprazole for treatment, the control group was treated with omeprazole alone, compared two groups Patient’s therapeutic effect. Results After 72 hours of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.7%, P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is obvious.
