野罂粟总生物碱(TAPN)灌胃给药,经小鼠扭体法、热板法和电刺激法测痛,证实TAPN有剂量依赖性镇痛作用。TAPN的镇痛作用不被纳洛酮所拮抗,表明其镇痛作用与吗啡受体无关。TAPN镇痛作用的ED_(50)为24.7mg·kg~(-1)。
The total alkaloids of Papaver somniferum (TAPN) were intragastrically administered and the pain was measured by the writhing method, hot plate method and electrical stimulation method. It was confirmed that TAPN had a dose-dependent analgesic effect. The analgesic effect of TAPN was not antagonized by naloxone, indicating that its analgesic effect was not related to morphine receptors. The ED_(50) of TAPN analgesia was 24.7 mg·kg~(-1).
