在高炉中采用冷捣炭素料炉衬,是高炉砌筑工程上的一项重要技术革新。近几年来,全国已有二十多座高炉采用了这项新技术。它不仅对于改善施工条件、节约人力物力、降低工程造价等方面收到良好效果,而且对于中小钢铁企业解决当前高炉砖供不应求的矛盾、保证炉衬质量、提高炉令都有其重要的现实意义。为了推广高炉冷捣炭素料炉衬,适应当前钢铁工业发展的新形势的需要,冶金部在1977年12月于陕西略阳召开了“高炉冷炭捣技术座谈会”。在这次会议上,经过认真细致的讨论,制订了《高炉冷捣炭素料炉衬施工技术暂行规程(草案)》。该规程经冶金部批准自1978年7月起试行,其编号为冶基规102—78。为了推广冷炭捣技术,现将该规程(草案)予以发表,供大家参考。
The use of cold-tanning carbon material lining in blast furnaces is an important technological innovation in the blast furnace masonry project. In order to promote the use of blast furnace carbon dioxide lining and meet the needs of the new situation in the development of the current steel industry, the Ministry of Metallurgy convened the “Blast Furnace Anthracite Technology Symposium” in Lueyang, Shaanxi Province in December 1977. At this meeting, after careful and careful discussion, the “Temporary Regulations for Construction Technology of Blast Furnace Cold Tanned Carbon Material Lining” (Draft) was formulated. This procedure was approved by the Ministry of Metallurgy since July 1978 and its serial number is stipulated in the Basic Standard 102-78.
