氮肥行业的煤、电费用占总成本70%以上,实行原燃材料节约奖十分必要。但由于氮肥厂系连续性生产,需要上下工序的人员同心协力才能完成生产任务,因此多数厂节能奖是按月计发,人人有份,存在着吃大锅饭的毛病。我厂为了避免以上毛病,对节能奖的发放办法进行了改革。具体作法是:(1)改按月计发为年终考核评发,改人人有份为与责、权、利挂钩。(2)年初根据上级下达的生产、财务计划,先行匡算可提节能奖金额,进行预分,并公布有关指标实现后可得奖数,年终再按实提数进行调整兑现。(3)奖金按
