目的探讨Notch1与Cyclin D1的表达与切除术治疗乳腺增生伴癌变疗效的相关性。方法收集2011年1月至2014年1月来该院就诊的乳腺增生伴癌变患者140例,经皮下乳腺切除术后有效患者119例,为有效组;无效患者21例,为无效组。对病理组织经免疫组化检查,观察Notch1和Cyclin D1表达程度与疗效的相关性。结果乳腺癌免疫组化结果提示有效组Notch1阳性表达率高于无效组,而Cyclin D1阳性表达率低于无效组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Notch1和Cyclin D1的阳性表达率与乳腺增生伴癌变切除术治疗效果密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 and the efficacy of excision in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands and cancer. Methods From January 2011 to January 2014, 140 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and cancerous lesions who visited the hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were enrolled in this study. 119 patients were effective after subcutaneous mastectomy, and 21 patients were ineffective. The pathological tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry to observe the correlation between the expression of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 and the curative effect. Results The immunohistochemical results of breast cancer suggested that the positive expression rate of Notch1 in effective group was higher than that in ineffective group, while the positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 was lower than that in ineffective group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The positive expression rates of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 are closely related to the treatment effect of breast hyperplasia and cancerous resection.
