Since the reform and opening up, China’s successful agricultural policy has significantly improved the comprehensive capability of food production and its grain output has been increasing year by year. In the meantime, due to the reform of the grain circulation system, grain storage by farmers has become the mainstay of grain storage. As one of the national commodity grain production bases, Xindu District has a total annual output of 284,000 tons of grain. Many farmers have stored 2-3 years of surplus grain, with an average of 150
