本文通过分析安徽省近10年的GDP、产业结构、能源结构、能源效率数据,揭示了安徽省第二产业比重、能源消耗结构及其效率等低碳经济发展的现状,继而总结了我国低碳经济发展模式,结合安徽省的产业结构、能源结构与创新能力等因素,提出了符合安徽省低碳经济的发展路径,即自上而下和自下而上相结合以及重点突破的发展路径。最后,针对安徽省低碳发展模式提出相关政策建议。 By analyzing the GDP, industrial structure, energy structure and energy efficiency data of Anhui Province in recent 10 years, this paper reveals the current situation of the development of low-carbon economy such as the proportion of secondary industry, energy consumption structure and efficiency in Anhui Province, and then summarizes the current situation of low carbon Economic development model, combined with Anhui’s industrial structure, energy structure and innovation capacity and other factors, put forward the development path in line with low-carbon economy in Anhui Province, that is, from top to bottom and bottom-up combination of key breakthroughs and development path. Finally, the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations for low-carbon development mode in Anhui Province.
