对于高校财务管理专业学生来说,实习实践不仅是培养实务工作能力的重要环节,更是其从学校走向社会的桥梁。学校如何在抓好理论教学的同时,根据专业特点,加强社会实践教学,以提高学生的综合能力和整体素质,是财务管理专业面临的重要课题。因此,对目前建设财务管理专业实习实践基地存在的问题进行分析,并对如何建立高质量的实习实践基地进行进一步的探讨。 For college students majoring in financial management, internship practice is not only an important part of cultivating practical ability, but also a bridge from school to society. At the same time of how to do a good job of teaching theory, how to strengthen the teaching of social practice to improve students’ comprehensive ability and overall quality according to the specialty is an important issue facing the finance management major. Therefore, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the practice base of financial management major and further discusses how to establish a high-quality practice base.
