笔者十年来运用麻黄附子细辛汤加减治疗原发性周围性面神经麻痹132例,均收到满意效果,介绍于下: 一、一般资料男性38例,女性94例;发病一周以内者78例,一至二周者38例,二周以上者16例;年龄最小者1岁,最大者72岁,以青壮年发病率最高。二、基本方药及效果1.方药组成:麻黄10克,附片10克,细辛6克,苡仁20克,白术30克,黄芪30克,当归15克,生赭石15克,甘草5克。2.加减法:风胜者加防风10克,僵蚕10克;寒胜者去当归、黄芪,加桂枝10克,羌活 In the past decade, the author has used the Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction to treat 132 patients with primary peripheral facial nerve palsy.
