加强人才队伍建设是中职学校突破发展瓶颈的关键。目前,中职学校的人才管理由于管理观念的滞后还存在一些问题。解决这些问题,提高人力资源管理水平,对中职学校发展具有重大的现实意义。人才管理模式的转型是解决这些问题的主要思路。
Strengthening key personnel construction is the key to break the bottleneck of development in secondary vocational schools. At present, there are still some problems in talent management in secondary vocational schools due to the lagging management concept. Solving these problems and improving the level of human resource management have great practical significance for the development of secondary vocational schools. The transformation of talent management mode is the main idea to solve these problems.
