Objective To analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents in our hospital and provide basis for clinical use of antimicrobial agents safely and reasonably. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze the adverse reaction reports of 67 antibiotics collected in our hospital in 2016. Results The high incidence of antimicrobial adverse drug reactions in the elderly were quinolones, cephalosporins and macrolides, which were the most common in nine human systems. The first was allergic reactions, followed by the digestive system. Intravenous administration is most likely to occur. Conclusion Clinical should pay attention to and strengthen the monitoring and reporting of adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents to promote rational drug use and ensure the safety of patients.
