结论 对急性脑梗死患者实施预见性护理可明显降低消化道出血的发生率,改善患者预后.“,”Objective To explore the effect of foreseeable nursing on reducing the incidence of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 300 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in the neurology department from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group (n=150) and observation group (n=150). The control group were cared with routine nursing of neurology department, observation group were added with foreseeable nursing of digestive tract, two groups of gastrointestinal hemorrhage formation rate was observed and compared. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (2.7% vs 8.7%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis of the patients.
