各区、县(市)人民政府,市府直属各单位: 现将广东省人民政府《颁布(广东省加强生产性建设工程项目发动安全卫生防护措施管理办法)的通知》(粤府)[1993]6号)转发给你们,结合本市实际情况,特作如下通知,请一并贯彻执行: 一、各级经济、建设、计划管理部门制定的生产性建设工程项目年度计划,应抄送同级劳动、卫生部门,并在组织工程项目可行性研究、初步设计审查和工程项目整体验收时通知劳动、卫生部门参加。二、各级生产性建设工程项目的审批部门应按照省政府颁布的管理办法和市政府印发的《广州市建筑报建审批专业管理暂行规定》(穗府[1989]22号),根据劳动、卫生部门的意见进行综合审批,并督促项目设计、建设、施工单位落实劳动安全卫生防护措施。三、各级劳动、卫生部门应加强对乡镇企业,私人企业,中外合资、合作经营企业,外资企业的生产性建设工程项目劳动安全卫生防护措施的审查监督工作。
