线状工程线路长,跨越区域多,地质地貌条件复杂多样,导致水土流失的因素多,进行水土保持监测的难度大,任务重。通过对鹤岗—群林—方正输变电工程的水土保持监测时段、监测分区、监测内容、监测方法等的阐述,探讨一种科学、合理的水土保持监测思路,及时反映监测工程建设和运行的各个阶段水土流失情况及水土保持措施实施后的防治效果,为开发建设项目水土流失预测、防治措施布设和管理提供可靠依据。
