目的探讨四逆汤对大鼠心力衰竭血流动力学的影响及其机制。方法实验随机分为正常对照组、单纯心衰组、心衰+四逆汤组。用盐酸阿霉素尾静脉注射造模,每隔5天注射一次(同一时间),共3次。注药完毕观察3周后,进行血流动力学测定(心输出量、左心室最大变化速率),取血及心肌测定SOD活性、MDA含量情况。各指标进行统计学处理,P<0.05为有统计学意义,P<0.01为有显著统计学意义。结果与心衰组比较,四逆汤组心输出量明显上升(P<0.05),而SOD活性显著增加(P<0.05),MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论四逆汤具有保护大鼠心力衰竭血流动力学的作用,该作用与其增强心肌收缩力、抑制氧化应激的效应有关。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Sini decoction on hemodynamics of heart failure in rats. Methods The experiment was randomly divided into normal control group, simple heart failure group, heart failure + Sini decoction group. The model was injected with doxorubicin hydrochloride tail vein and injected every 5 days (at the same time) for a total of 3 times. Three weeks after the injection, hemodynamic measurements (cardiac output, maximum rate of change of the left ventricle) were performed, and blood and myocardium were measured for SOD activity and MDA content. All indexes were statistically processed, P<0.05 was considered statistically significant, and P<0.01 was considered statistically significant. Results Compared with the heart failure group, the cardiac output in the Sini Tang group was significantly increased (P<0.05), while the SOD activity was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the MDA content was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Sini decoction has the effect of protecting the hemodynamics of heart failure in rats, which is related to its effect of enhancing myocardial contractility and inhibiting oxidative stress.
