将新型分级器用于处理三种类型的重质碳酸钙,考察了一次风、二次风等操作参数对分级产品粒度分布、产率及分级效率提取率等的影响。对于粒度分布为0~30μm的重质碳酸钙,其微粉产品的中位径d50可控制在0.71μm以下、0~5μm范围微粉的提取率可达91.6%。该分级设备具有简单、易于操作和维护等优点。
The new classifier was used to process three types of ground calcium carbonate. The effects of primary air, secondary air and other operating parameters on the grading product particle size distribution, yield and grading efficiency extraction rate were investigated. For calcium carbonate with particle size distribution of 0 ~ 30μm, the median diameter d50 of fine powder products can be controlled below 0.71μm, and the extraction rate of fine powder in the range of 0 ~ 5μm can reach 91.6%. This grading device has the advantages of simplicity, ease of operation and maintenance.
