肾活检是当代肾脏病临床诊断必不可少的手段,它仍带有一定的风险性。自1951年Iversen和Brun首次报道肾活检的临床应用以来.特别是应用B超定位及实时引导以后,肾活检并发症发生率明显下降。国内南京军区总医院自1984年初开始应用B超定位肾活检术,至今已逾5000例,无一例死亡。我院从1992年7月开始采用B超引导下经皮肾活检术,至今已达80例。现将肾活检体会报告如下。
Kidney biopsy is an indispensable means of clinical diagnosis of contemporary kidney disease, it still carries a certain degree of risk. Since Iversen and Brun first reported the clinical application of renal biopsy in 1951, the incidence of renal biopsy complications decreased significantly, especially after B-localization and real-time guidance. Since the beginning of 1984, the General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region in China has applied B-localization renal biopsy, so far it has surpassed 5000 cases and none died. Our hospital from July 1992 B-guided percutaneous renal biopsy, has reached 80 cases. Renal biopsy will report the following.
