1999年我到大连度假的时候,正好有一个高中同学买了一套在海边的公寓,后来看着不顺眼,就想卖掉买车开。听说是在海边,我好奇就跟她去看了那房子。一进公寓,热气扑面而来。像国内的许多楼房一样,里面除了一个光秃秃的灯泡之外,什么都没有,是清水房。这是一个有七十多平方的两室一大厅的南北狭长型顶楼公寓,最讨厌的是客厅虽然很大,但是没有留厨房的位置。我不知道卖这房子的人要在哪里设厨。还有,南北阳台的面积太大,空间浪费得很厉
