没有供应商,也就没有政府采购.<中华人民共和国政府采购法>第14条规定:"政府采购当事人是指在政府采购活动中享有权利和承担义务的各类主体,包括采购人、供应商和采购代理机构."在政府采购活动中,供应商担当了一个重要角色,是政府采购的贸易伙伴,承担着向采购人提供包括货物、工程、服务等采购对象的重要责任.
