在新课程背景下,小学科学大纲发生了明显改变,在教学理念、教学方法、教学目标等方面,对一线教师提出了更高的要求。更高要求的提出意味着教师在课堂中的角色也发生了潜移默化的改变,教师如何在小学课堂中给自己一个合理的定位成为了首要解决的问题。小学科学课教师必须认清教学改革的新形势,正确理解小学科学课程标准,明确认识新的角色规范要求,迅速调整自身工作状态,完成角色转变,积极思考与创新,为小学科学教育贡献力量。
Under the background of the new curriculum, the primary school syllabus has undergone a significant change. In terms of teaching philosophy, teaching methods and teaching objectives, higher-level teachers have put forward higher requirements. The higher requirements of the proposed means that the role of teachers in the classroom has also been a subtle change, how teachers in the primary classroom to give themselves a reasonable positioning has become the primary problem. Primary science teachers must recognize the new situation of teaching reform, correctly understand the science curriculum standards of primary schools, clearly recognize the new role specification requirements, rapidly adjust their working conditions, complete their role transformation, positive thinking and innovation, and contribute to science education in primary schools.
