作文是学生认知水平和文字表达能力的集中体现,既是衡量学生语文水平的重要尺度,也是学生各种素质的综合反映。目前的中学作文教学,往往目标功利而单一。重视考试结果,忽视学习过程;重视研究命题规律,忽视研究作文指导;重视研究评分细则,忽视作文教学本身。究其根源,主要是在教学中重有意义作文,轻有意思作文。
